It appears that the drivers of the DV/webcam and the Logitech Messenger USB could not be made to coexist gracefully. Why can’t Windows stuff just plain works?

It was far from plug-and-play, and Win2000 kept installing the wrong driver, but I finally managed to get it installed. First picture captured with my new DV which also works in “webcam”-mode, using Free software.
