Now that it is clearer how the optional WiFi thingy works on the D2H, it seems that a WiFi base-station might come in handy:-

slim, light, low powered, electronic device
runs on rechargable batteries and power brick
boots up instantly or at least quickly
big hard disk, e.g. 60GB laptop HD
ethernet port for connecting to LAN and/or ADSL modem

My fellow photographers were telling me that people are flocking over to the Canon camp, and Hak Cheong’s shelves are stuffed with Nikon lenses. Good.
