Got a couple of complimentary tickets, so the Lady and I went to see Jade Kwan live last night.
First let me get all the bad things out of the way first:-
She couldn’t dance.
The band was too loud and too overwhelming for Jade.
The sound engineer should be shot. Jade sounded muffed.

Just came back from a good movie. Reasonably well made (e.g. Tony jumped thru a big fireball and his trousers were burning. He appeared to be wearing the same trousers from then on. Also one of those Tuk-tuk taxis ran off a bridge and landed in the street. There were people right next to the [...]
