Demand is so high, mozilla.org is very slow at the moment. I have gotten the Win32 version from Bittorrent, and the GPG signature of the file appears to be in order and matches the one of a Mozilla developer.
A lot of the mirrors aren’t updated yet, so this is a real bummer for a lot of the folks who want it.
