TCH was complaining about behind-the-scene conspirators against the HKSAR Govt’s plan to float the Link.
The way I see it, those few conspirators TCH was talking about was the least of his problems. His problems are much much bigger. Think 6M.
His plan to merge KCR and MTR may not be easy. MTR is a world-class corporation, well run, with some very high value real estate properties. KCR on the other hand is crap. Its real estate properties are generally speaking of much lower value. How would one convince anybody that a badly-run company taking over a well-run company is a good idea?
