Read from the PCM last week that HKNet will be withdrawing from the residential broadband market, and all their residential broadband customers will be handed over to Netvigator.
I have been using HKNet for a few years now and have been very happy with their service. 3M service, one fixed IP, no blocked port 25 and 80, reasonable cost. Althou there is nothing wrong with Netvigator’s broadband service, it would be sad to lose this all.
Never received the notification email from HKNet, so I called the Customer Service yesterday. Turned out that I am a premium customer(!) and will not be kicked.
