Got hold of an old Sony Ericsson T610.
- Reset the phone.
- Switch on phone Bluetooth
- Plug USB Bluetooth thingy into back of TiBook
- Click on Bluetooth Connection Assistant, search device, connect
- Go to iSync, add device, sync
- All the phone numbers in Address Book on TiBook now also on T610
Couldn’t be easier.

The phone itself though… it is good that you are used to Sony Ericsson’s UI.
One good thing about the T610 is that, unlike Nokia’s, you can leave T610’s BT on and it doesn’t use up any more power until the BT is actually communicating.

Good as the Nokia 6230, iSync only supports Nokia phones running Symbian Series 60, all of them too expensive, and none of which I like.
