I am fairly pleased with my new Kowe mini folding fingernail clipper bought at a local outdoor equipment for around HK$50. It is tiny and fits on my keyring perfectly. Comes with a leather-ish shealth that fits the clipper tight so it wouldn’t come off easily.

Now I could annoy the hell out of everyone on the bus by clipping my fingernails. Yeah and apologize when a fingernail hits someone on the face.
