via Software Update. Normally I wait a few days and let others report any glitches, but this round there seems to be substantial updates to Safari, so I jumped right in.
The stock ssh no longer works, giving Segmentation fault. Bad news. Fortunately I have fink installed, so I did a sudo fink install openssh, and a few minutes later, bingo I have ssh working again.

What’s “stock ssh”?
I don’t have any problem so far aside from needing to update Saft for the new Safari, which also went smoothly.
