Before Ah Leung went off for his long family vacation, we had a little chat over the phone. He was saying that since discovering Toby’s weblog, everybody seem to be writing much harder.
He also pointed out that our blogging may be an alternative to the old NPC events, since we can no longer afford to go shooting as often as we used to.

Within this month of discovering Toby’s site, Toby himself might be writing more due to his current away trip.
However, Ah Leung wrote two messages in the past 6 months or 1 month depending on how you look at it. You may be writing a few longer messages but do not seem any more often than usual. I certainly have written a whole lot more before (up to about 4 or even more messages a day at one time or another) than in the past couple of months.
At look at my last message number, not counting the number of comments, being a count of 1498 total number of messages I wrote with a few crappy messages among others since my very first blog message started on 22nd March 2003, that’s like almost exactly 2 years and 2 months to the date, that’s 791 days and averages out to be about 2 messages a day. I’d say I wrote slightly less if anything (but not due to) since discovering Toby’s blog.
Admittedly though, We may have commented on each others blog more often since. Much is certain that blogging makes at least the four of us communicating more than our busy family life nowadays would otherwise have allowed us. Which is all for the better and I’d say the more the merrier.
NPC did bring us together, unfortunately real photography is a luxury we Married-with-Childreners can’t afford any longer. Blogging is a great way to “get away” from everything yet at the same time also being in the center of everything to summarize and reflect upon them all.
Keep blogging.
Cheers!

Sorry, that’s only 645 posts not including comments that I’ve posted in my blog over the 2 years and 2 months up until Saturday. That’s slightly less than 1 post a day. About average all along.
