In this age of inexpensive harddisks and Gmail, I was quite shocked to discover that my email to a client bounced because his mailbox was full.
Mind you, Ken told me that his customers were most reluctant to purchase extra storage space on top of their standard monthly hosting package.
This behaviour, I cannot explain.
