“I have nothing to say.”

June 7th, 2005 · 2 Comments

Last week Jasper asked for a glass of milk, then poured it onto the floor.

“Jasper, were you careless, or were you just being naughty?” I asked.

“No!” Jasper said.

“So you were being careless?” I asked.

“No!”

“So you were being naughty?”

“No!”

“Were you careless or naughty?”

“I have nothing to say.”

Jasper will be 3 in September. He doesn’t watch prime time TV. We are oftern surprised by the language he picks up.

    Is jasper going to school?

Alex surprises me with what he says. I believe he learn it from school.

Jasper goes to a nursery. His teachers told me that some kids (especially the girls) are better developed in their language ability, and they do learn from each other.
