I have never imagine that I would be disturbed in my sleep by Lily glooming during the night.
My folks have again gone to ZS for the week, so I am sleeping at their place keeping Lily company this week.
For the first two nights, I let Lily into the room, and kept the door open, so she could go do her tour of the flat during the night. She didn’t come to bother me, except she was probably bored or something, and she kept glooming herself, which made this tongue-swallowing noise. I didn’t sleep well.
The lack of decent sleep is affecting my full recovery from a flu. So I had to do it. Last night I slept in another bedroom, and locked Lily out of it. She was not pleased at all, and was sobbing (you know, that wu-wu dog cry) for a bit, and barked a couple of times. She did get the hint when I shouted “SHUT UP!” Golden Retrievers are in general very quiet dogs.
I did sleep better.
