I took Monday morning off to attend an English Drama event at Jasper’s nursery.

Total exercise time 46’26”, 508Kcal, in zone 42’04”, average HR 130bpm.
I was testing out the breaststoke techniques discussed in this article, and arms are now quite sore. Sweeping the arms drives my heart rate right pass 140bpm in no time. I might need to do some weights.
