The Lady’s brother is upgrading to a nice flat panel TV, and we have taken over their nice Panasonic 29” big TV. Despite being only a few years old, there are two burnt-in marks, the TVB logo on the right, and the i-Cable Channel 18(?) on the left. The brother-in-law’s household obviously leaves the TV on.
Wii gaming is a lot more enjoyable, and because of the much bigger image, we tend to stand further away from the TV, unlike with the previous 14” job where both the Lady and Jasper kept getting too close and hitting the TV.
DVD/VCD playing is of course far more enjoyable now. I also find the TV image superior to my old man’s Pana plasma panel.
We paid HK$180 to have the TV transported from Hong Kong East to Tuen Mun, saving a good TV in the process. We couldn’t be happier.

Good going, buddy! I hate to let nice and working pieces go to waste also, so even though our leather sofa is all ripped and scuffed up we just lay a nice patterned new bed sheet over it instead of replacing it, saving the landfill from another piece of comfortable furniture.
