We are in the process of migrating some of our users to the excellent Google Apps, which BTW I am very impressed.
This is a short screencast I did with SnapzProX, in Cantonese, showing how to import existing emails from a POP3 server. REMEMBER use your own account names and passwords!!

The audio sounded a little “churpy” and the volume is too low so it is very difficult to hear you clearly. Perhaps a pair of headset on my end would be better.

Yeah, quick and dirty job. I was using my iMac’s built-in microphone, and should have played around w/ the mic gain a bit more. Or maybe get a better mic, like the R0DE Podcaster or something.
