I pulled my neck muscle on Wednesday night, and went to bed thinking that it would be okay the next morning. It got so bad I had to take the afternoon off. Got one of those nasty muscle injections in the backside in the evening so my neck and my backside both hurt.
The neck has loosen up quite a bit. It should slowly improve over the next couple of days. Total pain in the neck. Maybe I should pick up yoga again.
